VALUATIONS
As RICS registered valuers we are fully equipped to provide valuations for a range of different types of property including residential, commercial and rural assets to meet a range of requirements including for probate purposes, capital tax assessments, matrimonial proceedings and disposal, acquisition or transfer purposes. Our team is able to assist with all manner and scale of requirements from individual properties to large portfolio assets.
LANDLORD & TENANT
We are well placed to be able to advise on all aspects of landlord and tenant including negotiation and preparation of tenancy agreements, land use licenses and commercial building licenses. We can also advise on dilapidation assessments, negotiating repair issues, rent reviews and other such matters.
Land & ESTATE MANAGEMENT
We have extensive experience in managing rural estates and woodland comprising residential portfolios, office and industrial units and agricultural land and buildings. We can offer everything from day to day management to large scale project developments including property inspections, coordinating repair and improvement works, rent reviews and project management services.
Surveys
Our specialist surveyors are able to undertake building surveys for both property purchases or specific defect assessments purposes. As well as advising and assessing damage for insurance claim purposes. We have extensive knowledge of all types of residential property including historic and listed buildings as well as commercial and industrial units.
Access & Rights over land
Whether dealing with neighboring land owners over boundary issues, local authorities over footpaths or utility companies over cables, pipelines or access rights our team is able to advise and assist with assessing and negotiating access rights an compensation arising from their creation or exercise.
PLANNING & ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
We can provide everything from sketch designs through to a full project management service for all types of construction projects whether a minor house extension or small scale new developments. We offer a full architectural drawing service, planning advice and specialist knowledge from our team. We also have experience in dealing with party wall matters for homeowners and are able to assess and negotiate suitable party wall awards.
